Nutrinor, a food cooperative, has acquired a former service station and convenience store in Dolbeau-Mistassini. After being renovated, the store is scheduled to open in the fall of 2024, and will create around 10 jobs.
The Université du Québec à Chicoutimi announced that a 72-unit student residence will be built near its main building in Saguenay. The project, valued at over $13M, is possible thanks to a $5.9M contribution from the provincial government. The project is scheduled to begin in 2025.
