Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Fruit and vegetable combination farming. Work setting: Staff accommodation available. Tasks: Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes. Weeding. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Supervision: More than 20 people. Type of crops: Grapes. Sweet corn. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Does not require Canadian work experience.
