*Job Summary* Legalbird is a boutique family and civil litigation law firm. We are looking for another lawyer to join our civil litigation team. Responsibilities include: * Representing clients in court proceedings; * Advise clients on legal matters related to civil litigation; * Prepare and draft legal documents and agreements; * Conducting legal research Preferred Skills * experience in Civil Litigation; * Know how of Leap and Clio; and * Fluency in Punjabi *Qualifications* * Member in good standing of Law Society of British Columbia * Valid Drivers License and vehicle Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Monday to Friday Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) * license to practice law in British Columbia (required) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationDelta, BC
